Great Location and Helpful staff! The hotel is located minutes away from the subway station and major tourist attractions, including shopping malls, banks, and eating options. The hotel room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was able to offer directions, and though they spoke little English, they were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel offered free laundry service which was a great help during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful even though they struggled with English. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to key attractions and the metro station. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room.
The mattress was too firm for our liking, and the walkway lighting in some areas was a bit dim. The lift system also proved to be slow at times, causing a bit of frustration.

Great location close to shopping street and popular Muslim market, with plenty of fast food options nearby. Helpful staff who were happy to assist with a little effort, even though they don't speak English. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great base to go see the famous Terra Cotta Warriors.
The bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower had a flat floor and wasn't designed to adequately drain water, so the bathroom floor flooded – take care when using it.

The hotel is also close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, making it a convenient base for tourist visits. Average room and bathroom quality with a good range of amenities, including bottled water and tissues.
The hotel staff could improve their communication and problem resolution skills, as there have been instances where guests were not informed about the deposit policy or experienced power outages without getting a clear explanation.
